I make images and fabricate things that speak of colour and nature – both tactile and imagined – bridging tradition and fiction.

From our condo in the infamous Downtown Eastside of Vancouver we asked “where can we regenerate our art practice?  The must-haves:  a nature-forward environment and an inclusive community with thriving creatives. 

Then we stumbled upon this magical island called Quadra. 

Here on the rocky southwest shore of Quadra Island, our studio emerged out of a gulley, from behind a bluff, where we make art and nurture the Kamaole II Artists’ Collective.
